By creating an account or using CreatorSafe ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. CreatorSafe LLC ("Company," "we," "us") is an Ohio limited liability company.
By signing up, you expressly authorize CreatorSafe LLC to act as your authorized agent under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and other applicable state privacy laws to submit data deletion, opt-out, and removal requests to data brokers and people-search websites on your behalf. This authorization includes submitting forms, sending emails, and using automated means to exercise your privacy rights.
CreatorSafe scans data broker websites for your personal information and submits removal requests on your behalf. We do not guarantee that all removal requests will be honored, as compliance is at the discretion of each data broker. Removal timelines vary by site and are outside our control.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal information for scanning purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit removal requests for any person other than yourself.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Your personal information is used solely to scan data broker sites and submit removal requests on your behalf. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that all data broker listings will be removed or that your information will not reappear after removal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorSafe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorSafe LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
